Greenspring Montessori Completes its Susquehanna Village

Greenspring Montessori’s lower and upper elementary programs took occupancy of their new $3.6 million, 5,600sf, state-of-the-art classroom building in February 2023. The project, designed by GWWO Architects of Baltimore, MD and constructed by A.R. Marani, also of Baltimore, was several years in the visioning and funding. The ribbon cutting, therefore, was a joyous community celebration with students christening their new home “Susquehanna Village”. KSC coordinated the planning, design, permitting, and construction of the project from start to finish. The project is the third phase of an ongoing master planned campus development process.
