Capital Project Coordination
Capital Projects are a whole-school response to compelling physical, programmatic, financial, and strategic needs.
These projects – renovation and expansion of existing space, development of new facilities, or the creation of a master planned campus environment – are the product of a school acting on a transformative vision of what can be. When properly executed, the benefits are immediate in impact, broad in reach, and generational in duration. To effect such outcomes, KSC positions itself at the hub of the project wheel to coordinate the entirety of the development process from site selection and acquisition, to planning, design, team formation and oversight, to permitting, financing, construction administration, and budget oversight.
KSC’s role is to bridge the structural, financial, governmental, community, and academic elements of the facilities and campus expansion process.
By partnering with KSC, schools remain focused on the business-at-hand: caring for students, not running a construction company.
