KSC Guides Abintra Montessori's Successful Head of School Search

Abintra Montessori School hired KSC in October 2022 to guide a national Head of School search to replace its founding, retiring, and beloved Head. Founded in 1981, Abintra is located in Nashville, TN. The school serves children and adolescents ages 3 years to 14 years in beautiful, developmentally responsive classrooms situated on 10 wooded and environmentally stewarded acres. The location, the campus and facilities, and the highly skilled and experienced staff all served to make for an attractive leadership opportunity. The search yielded several highly qualified candidates. And much to its delight, Abintra announced its new Head of School, Amber Oxley, in February 2023. KSC was fortunate to have the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated Search Committee and is confident that Abintra is in very good leadership hands for years to come.
